enjoyed the stay very much, beautiful caravan with windows to see stars at night. has ample space and mini refrigerator. warm and comfortable. has fruits and snacks. surrounding is also beautiful and quiet. we were not very familiar with the location and transport options to the hotel, and since it was pretty late, there were no more buses and taxis available, hotel was not able to give clear directions and provide help to get to hotel, no pick up service. we had to walk very far to reach hotel. the bus stops in front of the hotel entrance but it is still quite far from the caravan place. not advisable for ppl with alot of luggage.

Everything is beautiful here. Location is just perfect, just right next to bus transfer area. Our butler,xiao fang is very helpful indeed. She explained everything in detail and very responsive too. Would definitely love to stay here again if i come back here again in near future.

The hotel is very clean, and the whole house is smart, making it very comfortable to stay. Parking is very convenient. enjoyed this unique experience staying in a wooden hut, beautiful room, with very good heating, even the toilet has heater. front desk staff is very helpful and friendly in giving information on how to visit places. service is very personalized and responsive. nice afternoon tea and snacks provided. very comfortable stay. garden is beautiful with flowers and at night you can see stars. only one thing that is not that great is the toilet needs some hooks for hanging clothes while having a shower.

I rent a small tram at the shared electric car parking spot next to the hotel. It takes only6-7 minutes to see the scenery along the way, park at any time to take pictures, eat, and feel very cool. Laundry and gym is in another building and not operate 24 hours. a bit inconvenient but the front desk offer help to send our clothes for laundry and we collect from the counter. The breakfast is great! Some nice restaurant and convenient stall nearby in walking distance. A goodie bag being given upon check out, mineral water, coffee and tissue. Overall satisfied, a high CP hotel.
