Hermoso Hotel Colonial, áreas bien distribuidas, habitaciones muy cómodas, óptimo estado de higiene y mantenimiento. Excelente atención del Personal en general. Sergio de administración fue muy expeditivo, asesorando al grupo acerca de opciones para conocer en la maravillosa Cartagena. Regresaría a hospedarme nuevamente.

Lo mejor de nuestra estadía es la cercanía y la hubicacion del hotel. Todo queda muy cerca y es mucho mas fácil hacer todos los recorridos caminando ya que así es como uno disfruta mas de los sitios turísticos y puede conocer cada rincón de la ciudad amurallada. La habitación es fresca y muy cómoda, tiene espacios para disfrutar de la vista y descansar, sin duda alguna cada detalle esta bien planificado para que uno pueda descansar y seguir disfrutando de las vistas de cartagena, incluso estando en el hotel. El servicio es merecedor de 5 estrellas, cada persona que trabaja en El hotel se encarga de hacerte sentir en casa, son muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a dar opciones para el huésped, recomendaciones y sugerencias de que ver y que visitar. Nosotros teníamos el desayuno incluido y un dia debíamos salir muy temprano para uno de los tours a las Islas y ellos nos hicieron un desayuno frío para llevar. Todo siempre estuvo listo para nosotros. Nos sentimos como en casa!! El hotel tiene muchos espacios y zonas comunes para disfrutar durante la estadía. Sin duda alguna volveremos casa vez que visitemos cartagena.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel! Me and my wife enjoyed our 5 days stay here. Service was very friendly, the rooms were cleaned and maintained daily, the breakfast was amazing with multiple different options and it was very close to the town so we could enjoy the night life. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!! We will definitely be back in the near future :)

It was a very clean room, the breakfast and coffee (which is included) was delicious, excellent location as I was attending a conference near Santa Clara. The hotel is close to a School so there can be some noise early in the morning , staff is friendly

5 stars! Our stay at Kartaxa was absolutely amazing! The hotel is spotless, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall vibe was warm and welcoming. Carlos went above and beyond to make our celebration special—he even surprised us with a birthday song and cake! Jennifer and Rosy are two of the sweetest and most helpful ladies you’ll ever meet, and Ronner ensured everything ran smoothly. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. Kartaxa is truly a 10/10 experience!
