房間很好，雖然在入住的時候因為房間滿了等了很久，但是工作人員態度很好，也提供了補償。出行，住宿期間，服務也很到位，基本算是有求必應，推薦！
週年紀念日特地選了雙子塔景觀房做了佈置，女朋友特別喜歡，很出片

前台接待人員培訓相當差，真的不匹配這麼高檔的酒店！從辦入住開始就無秩序，被加塞，沒有服務人員引導大家排隊。辦理入住的員工一看就是新人，非常緊張，説話磕磕巴巴，手抖，毫無經驗可言。排在我前面的女士強調自己必須立刻洗澡換衣服，但前序客人未退房沒有房間，於是前台客服就開始車軲轆話翻來覆去説，兩個人的對話就是雞同鴨講、各説各的，完全卡住。前台連這樣的問題都處理不了，我衹好排另一個隊。好不容易給了房卡，還沒來得及問一下早餐、電梯位置等等常規問題，前台就接過後一個人的房卡開始給他辦退房了，真的無語，這是華爾道夫的服務水平？ 退房的時候更是給我氣樂了，我手裡前後辦了四張房卡，我説退房，前台客服接過卡問我是要退四個房間嗎？ 四張卡就是四個房間，這腦回路服了。。。到底培訓過沒有啊？！ 另外一個槽點是早餐，50層的酒店，早餐廳無敵小，每天早上排大隊，秩序混亂，坐不下衹能坐到外面，取餐如同西天取經般艱辛。到處都是客人呼喊服務員收拾桌子。為什麼這麼大酒店會設定一個這麼小的餐廳呢？我住過的所有五星酒店從來沒遇到早餐坐不下的情況。再來成都絕對不會再住這家。

本來提示的是三點入住 但是已經兩天沒睡覺了 前台給安排了一個馬上就能入住的 還是原定的全景的房型 還送了歡迎水果 而且酒店還有一次性泡澡袋 這是很多酒店都沒有的 愉快的入住體驗
