酒店範圍非常大，非常多停車位，早餐豐富，房入面有IPad打電話去front desk，露天風呂好舒服

強烈建議避雷這家酒店！！！這是來日本這麼多次唯一建議避雷的一家酒店，服務完全配不上收費！1. 酒店大堂位置不好找，而且裝修陳舊，完全看不出來是2024年新裝的酒店。2. 工作人員服務意識差，酒店在山裡，衹有一個接駁車從車站接送乘客到酒店，但是全程沒有人幫忙拿行李，甚至到酒店門口也沒有人幫忙拿，需要自己搬運行李上上下下，大堂位置不顯眼，差點就找不到。3. 酒店餐食一般，但是收費不便宜。4. 工作人員英文水平極差非常難交流溝通，且非常死板，不知變通，建議如果要來這邊的遊客提前排好時間，在外面下暴雨的情況下，我們沒有地方去，衹能在大堂坐着等到他規定的入住時間，之後還要再等20min一班的酒店shuttle淋着雨去客房。5. 同時前台明確表示不提供幫忙送行李的服務。6. 另外，牙刷還要再額外付費購買，基本生活用品帶不全的小夥伴們有福了，在這個酒店每個地方都可以消費。7. 酒店的禮儀很周全，到達別墅門口後，酒店的工作人員會站在屋檐下跟你微笑打招呼，看着你在暴雨中把行李從車上搬下來，再從露天樓梯搬到二樓客房。8.晚上房間還有蟑螂光顧，第一次在日本酒店看到這玩意。基本就是一家建在高球場裏的酒店，建議純度假的朋友避雷這家酒店，因為你不會知道還會遇到什麼樣奇怪的問題，耽誤時間，影響心情。雖然日本對於時間規定要求比較嚴格，但這也是我在日本不管是城市還是鄉下碰到的唯一一家如此不知變通的酒店。如果要做國際遊客的生意麻煩請和國際接軌！

陽台温泉很舒服

There are large baths, courts, swimming pools and other fitness facilities. The hotel is too big. It takes about 200-300 meters from the reception center to the building where the room is located. There is a shuttle bus every 20 minutes. The room is large, the layout is reasonable, and the decoration is relatively new, but the color is dark. The soft environment of the hotel can be complained. There is no water, no slippers, no phone in the room. The room is slightly damp. The breakfast is a poorly equipped buffet. Dinner arrived late and I didn’t try it, but I guess the breakfast will not be too good after looking at it. Other than these, everything else is good. If you are looking for a quiet place with a good environment for vacation, then this hotel can be chosen.

The hotel is very large, with a golf course, public hot springs, private hot springs, and a very rich breakfast and dinner.
