メリケンパークに位置しており南京町までもすぐ行けました。ロケーションが最高でした。
またホテルから三宮等までシャトルバスも出ており移動に困ることはありませんでした。
スタッフの方みなさん親切で部屋も広く清潔でまた神戸に行く際は利用したいと思います。

今や老舗の日本ねリーディングホテルの一つ。部屋からは高速道路しか見えず、マイナス2。バスローブ設置されずビジネスホテルと同じパジャマロングでマイナス2。朝食バイキングもメニューが少なくがっかり。頑張って欲しい‼️

酒店真的物超所值！入住之前看很多人都説有黴味，我還有點我忐忑，但是實際入住之後哪怕是在廁所都沒有聞到不好的氣味，非常非常乾淨！！
房間很大，酒店給安排的海景房簡直太棒了！寶寶在這幾天都很開心，早餐的小童餐具都是麪包超人主題的！！特別可愛！擺渡車到三宮也很方便。如果以後還會去神户，我依舊會選擇這裏
帶娃的爹媽，無腦沖！！

萬萬沒想到掀開被子是一根毛髮（🤮
聯繫酒店未果 於是聯繫攜程解決 攜程動作很快 但是來處理的工作人員（年輕 女性 短髮 大眼睛）毫無抱歉之意 進門就要帶我們去新的房間 真的太無語了
我和媽媽入住 需要要多兩瓶水 打電話去居然説要收礦泉水錢 就是普通的礦泉水哦 是有多缺錢…..
沒見過一家五星級酒店這樣哦！
最後離店時的男生在次表示抱歉 （雖然他很敬業 但是在此提醒了我）所以不好意思 我花錢住店 雖然有不如意 但是態度真的決定了一切。
