After a slight hiccup of not being able to get in.... (We had no code for the front door, or any communication there would be a code for the front door)...After calling the support number a few times finally got through and was given the entry code.
Then we needed to guess what room we were staying in and the code for that door.
Other people would have lost it by then but I rang back and was helped again.
The room itself was just as described. Nice touch with the food left by the kettle. Shower was delightful.
10am check out was a bit early... Bit we were leaving before 10 so it didn't matter to us. But might to others.
If your booking here. Make sure you have both codes before you arrive and everything will be fine.

Was very skeptical when booking the milverton hotel due to the reviews however on arrival the room was clean, tidy and very nice all together, in a nice area, close to the ethiad and coop live arena. There were a couple things such as a slightly broken lampshade and a stain on the blind however it didn’t effect anything was very comfortable, clean and convenient, wasn’t really any staff around but when calling reception they were very helpful. Would definitely recommend. Worth the price

Personne a l’accueil ou ailleurs mais que des codes , digicode fatigué qui refuse d’ouvrir, pas d’eau à la douche et ensemble en décrépitude avancée et bien sur le soir personne n’est joignable. J’ai obtenu un changement de chambre mais c’était pareil. Je suis étonné des avis favorables

I've seen the other reviews on this site and I have to say I don't know what people are talking about. It's clean and a great little place to stay. We'll definitely be staying again. Easy contactless entry with plenty of information on the messages

This was our second stay and once again a warm welcome from Linda and Gaynor. Excellent location near the pier and 2 mins to shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms are clean and have everything required. The breakfast is excellent, lots of choice nothing too much trouble. The fresh fruit and yoghurt is fab! For people with walking difficulties they have a lift. They also have a lovely holiday cottage in Deganwy. We look forward to staying here again in a few months time, our new go to place in lovely Llandudno. 😃

Don’t book. I cancelled a booking and they still took payment- via direct debit no less so if I hadn’t discovered the error I could have been paying monthly. No reason to do this. I was wary having read some poor reviews and descriptions about no staff. Makes the positive reviews feel a little odd.
