If you like waiting this place is for you! Whilst most of the staff are friendly, there is a serious lack of urgency in their service. Whether it was checking-in, ordering drinks, or asking for a towel by the pool, you’d always have to wait. This is quite a surprise given the number of staff working - it is unbelievably painful to see plenty of resource around, yet all lack a sense of urgency and ooze inefficiency.

I was on a business trip, but the environment of the garden and swimming pool was so comfortable that it made me feel better. The facilities were a bit old, but it didn't affect a good sleep. Marrakech is generally safe, you can take a taxi, but you have to negotiate the price in advance.

Hotel is old witb nice location. However, check in and breakfast usually have long lines. Elevators are not working properly for 5 star hotel. Bathroom draining and odour are terrible. I haven’t expected this situation for 5star hotel. Staff are very friendly and welcoming specially ZOUHAIR in breakfast service.
