The hardware is about the same level as domestic Hanting. It is a four-star hotel on Google. The hotel service is good. In terms of hygiene, the towel with footprints was hung in the bathroom without cleaning it. There is nothing special or bad about it. The terrace is not on the top floor but on the fifth floor. It is very small and average. The promotional video in the elevator is a middle-aged bearded man with eyeliner, which occasionally scares people if you don't pay attention.

Had a comfortable stay for 3 nights. Hotel about 15-20mins walk from city centre and can pop onto tram in free tram zone. Toilet bowl had a smelly drainage smell which holds presence in the air everytime you flush, was pretty unpleasant.

We were assigned a wheelchair-accessible room, which we hadn’t requested. The room had a window that couldn't be opened, and unfortunately, people in the corridor on the other side could see into our room when the light was on. When we asked for a room change, a male staff told us there were no available rooms left. To make things worse, there was only one chair in the room, so if you wanted to eat, drink, or just sit down, the only option was the bed. The room was also very dusty, and overall, it wasn't a pleasant place to relax.
