Hotel Villa Harmony

Well, one of the hotels I rated the lowest, I won't say it's absolutely awful, but it seems like it could be better. Like for the man who took the suitcases at the speed of sound, without having time to get out of the taxi and put the luggage on the ground. Like for finding bullets from the air conditioner, because these days the temperature was 30 and I would like to fall asleep in the cool before going to bed. - Let's start with the location, it is located high up on the mountain, if you walk, then the road there is simply extremely inconvenient, at the turn to the hotel it is even impossible to cross the road normally. Either a taxi or the risk of getting down :D but, but, it is 10 minutes to the bus station (10 €), 15-20 minutes to the airport (20 €), in principle you can live. The old part of the city is 40 minutes on foot or 40 minutes by tram or bus, the fare is 1.8 local marks. - The room: was extremely small, smaller than I was in Tokyo, the bedside chandeliers, which are at head level, were made by some mocker, you constantly notice them with your head, you could have spread them to the sides, why did you have to do that... Since there is little space, few shelves and completely leaky. There is super little space, 2 suitcases and that's it, you step over them to go to the toilet. - Breakfast. Well, weak, very simple, there is so little of everything that you worry that if you take an extra piece of something, there won't be enough for others. It's not that it's completely miserable, but you expect something more. It's not that I'm a picky person, but the breakfasts are nothing special... - People. Friendly, ready to help and fix what they can to the best of their ability, I probably added an extra point for them. Maybe I just got such a small room, I don't know, but once again, I would rather not stay with them(( In any case, thanks for the welcome, and yes, I would also like to leave the number of a wonderful driver who is ready to take you anywhere, well, within reason and not for Overprice +387 ** *** ***, a very polite, punctual and sociable young man who will not deceive and for the agreed amount will bring you to the right place. And in general, as a resident of Russia, it was nice for me to be in Bosnia, everyone is friendly, welcoming, you can come to us and you will see super dejected and sad faces, everywhere :DD and here you get charged with positive))

When I was having breakfast, I asked the hotel owner if I could check out after 12:00, and he said yes. When I came back at 12:20, the two brothers and the elders in the hotel said that it was over the time and they would not let me leave, and I had to pay half a day's room fee. I said that I was a Ctrip Gold Diamond user and had been using Ctrip to book rooms for a long time. I discussed with the hotel and agreed to check out at any time. Because the taxi was waiting at the hotel entrance to take me to the airport, I had to pay half a day's room fee to get out, and it felt like I was robbed. No wonder there were no guests in the hotel. I said I would write a review, and they said no problem, write it!

Very exquisite little homestay, the guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The location is halfway up the mountain and you can park for free. If you rent a car and drive yourself, it is a good choice.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, except for the bathroom which was very small.
