Have you ever heard of a 4 star hotel not servicing rooms every day ? Well apparently you have to request your room is serviced when you check in ! Be careful though, if you discover that your room wasn’t serviced and ask why then the staff will be aggressive and rude to you. Put that aside and ask for fresh towels and coffee refills at reception and you’ll get told they are too busy, ask for them to be sent to your room and they’ll tell you no you have to come back later. REALLY! Is this what 4 star hotels are like in Iceland. I dont think so !
The ONLY thing going for this hotel is a reasonable location. Staff were rude and unfriendly, your room won’t be serviced, the restaurant was POOR, there’s no complimentary water in your room, the rooms pass but certainly aren’t anything special.
I am not exaggerating, my partner asked for bottled water and was told tap water is better in Iceland.
Unfortunately they’ll get away with it because people will continue to book and in high season everything gets busy but to any discerning client this hotel deserves a huge MISS

Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, her yere kolayca yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz.
Tek sorun kendi otoparkının olmaması, etraftaki bir yere çekmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Zone 1'de yer aldığı için aracı çok yakına parkkettiğinizde 4 saat sonra aracın yerini değiştimeniz gerekiyor, zone 2 'ye park ettiğinizde ise 4-5dk yürümeniz gerekebilir.
