The hotel environment is nice, clean and the staff are polite. But when I was about to check out, the website clearly stated that I could check out before 12 noon, but the hotel front desk called and asked me to check out at 11 o'clock. He said that because it was Saturday and Sunday, I had to check out an hour earlier, which was a bit inconvenient for me. This was inconsistent with the 12 o'clock check-out stated on the website, and there were false and incomplete statements.

호텔 헬스장 수영장 너무 맘에 들었고 친절하게 체크인 해주셔서 너무 감사했어요 헬스장이 엄청 크진 않지만 그래도 있을건 다 있고 스트레칭 존 따로 있어서 좋았어요 청소도 깨끗하게 해주고 침대 매트리스도 좋았어요 남편이랑 잘 머물다가 갑니당
용산역에서 바로 갈 수 있어서 짐보관도 편하고 좋았어요
