剛開業的酒店，裝修很花心思，定錯了房間幫忙升了房，榻榻米房很舒服，位置100分！樓下神仙市集（到21點），出門就是步行街，地鐵站，走路10分鐘 山塘街景點，20多分鐘西園寺，周邊商場，景點一應俱全！牙膏竟然用的日本的，吹風機也不錯，還有洗臉巾（沒有棉簽）
美中不足：定的時候注意⚠️我一些房間沒有窗户的，化粧鏡沒電的，房間沒茶包（前台有）
最大的槽點，前台一堆人，但是都很沒經驗的樣子，早餐的時候 本來就人多很混亂，還好多工作人員不知道在幹啥，很礙事，麪要自己動手煮，微信回覆也是經常答非所問，剛開業，可以理解，後面改善一下吧…硬件在好，人員不專業也不行的…畢竟價格也不便宜。有個小哥哥還蠻主動幫忙的，感謝～小姐姐們雖然熱情但是非常沒經驗…感覺一羣人在做一個人的事情…期待後面更好吧，鼓勵給個5星🌟好評～

Great Hotel, perfect location. Nice rooms with tatami
Style flooring and futons. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Breakfast very nice. We will come back again
Hint: to find Hotel entrance there are no English signs. One needs to enter the building (see description photos) and immediately on the left there are 3 quite narrow lifts. Any of those will bring you to the 7th floor where the hotel reception is located

房間住的挺好的，前台小哥哥小姐姐很熱情，很滿意的一次入住體驗，這家酒店的位置非常好，就在石路步行街上，設備設施也非常的智能花灑，有熱帶雨林功能，水挺大的，很充足。智能馬桶房間的電視也可以投屏，很好很好，有一個很大的露台！有朋友來蘇州，還會推薦這裏
