The hotel said they had a car to pick up the hotel...but the only problem was that I couldn't get through by phone...I almost had to walk from Tateyama Station to the hotel. Excellent. Will definitely stay when returning again. Delicious dinner and breakfast with attentive service. Great experience overall. Hotel was comfortably warm despite snowing during our stay.
