衞生：乾淨。
設施：房間比較新，裝修還可以。
服務：前台熱情，入住退房和寄存行李都很順利。
環境：離美泉宮非常近，步行可達很方便。樓下和附近有一些餐廳和小店，但週日基本上都不開門，需要提前規劃週日安排。
離地鐵站有一點距離，帶着行李箱不是特別方便，但看在價格和離美泉宮近的份上可以接受。

I like it very much. The subway comes out very early. There is a zoo opposite and there are many places to eat around. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will stay here again next time I go to Vienna.

Breakfast is tasty and the area view very good, I like the design of room also. Transportation is very near the hotel.

The service was okay, but nothing special. The staff was polite, but I didn’t feel like they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. It felt like a very standard experience with little attention to detail.
